A boy threw a Jimmy Carter themed birthday party and received a special surprise from Jimmy Carter's daughter.
Ryan, a 5 year old from New Jersey, became Carter's biggest fan on Presidents Day when he was just 3 years old.
His mother, Lauren Ramos, showed Ryan a chart of all the presidents and Jimmy Carter struck his interest. Afterwards, Ramos bought him a book about Jimmy Carter's life and upbringing.
Ramos documented her party planning on TikTok including her "Carter for President" decorations and life sized cut outs of Jimmy Carter.
Her TikTok videos caught the attention of Carter's daughter, Ms. Amy, who sent over a package from Carter's 100th Birthday celebration including a tote bag, pins, and a hat.
