As the holiday season approaches, the City of Las Vegas is bringing back its 'Toys for Tickets' program to support local families in need.
If you received a parking ticket between September 15 and November 14, you can donate a new, unwrapped toy of equal or greater value to satisfy your fine.
This unique initiative aims to support families receiving assistance from Nevada Behavioral Health.
Donations must be made at the Parking Services Offices at 350 S. City Parkway within 30 days of the citation. You can also purchase a toy online and have it shipped to the office with the citation number listed in the delivery notes.
Items include family-friendly games for all ages, gift cards, and age-appropriate toys for children 6 months to 18 years.
Qualifying citations include overtime meter, restricted time zone, and abandoned vehicle violations.
For more information on eligible citations, call 702-229-4700.
