The Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas is among the top five airports when it comes to customer satisfaction, according to a recent survey.
J.D. Power released its results from the North American Airport Satisfaction Study, which measures how fliers feel based on ease of travel, level of trust, departure and arrival experience, terminal facilities, airport staff, and food/beverage/retail.
Harry Reid International Airport came in fifth in the ratings for mega airports out of 20, trailing behind Minneapolis-Saint Paul, Detroit Metropolitan, Phoenix Sky Harbor and Dallas-Fort Worth.
Mega airports are defined as handling at least 33 million travelers per year.
Surveys were completed by more than 30,000 U.S. and Canadian residents who traveled through at least one airport between July 2024 and July 2025.
