Maxine Rodriguez, a recent nursing graduate, has spent the past two years volunteering with Baby’s Bounty, a Nevada nonprofit that supports families with essential baby supplies. The organization serves around 30,000 families annually through diaper banks and Baby Bundles, relying on a dedicated team of 150 volunteers.
Maxine’s enthusiasm and compassion have made her a standout volunteer. She has also introduced fellow nursing students to Baby’s Bounty’s “Diapers for Diplomas” program, which helps expecting parents stay in school while preparing for parenthood.
In recognition of her impact, Maxine was named the latest Vegas Stronger Champion by Findlay Automotive Group and awarded $599. The honor came just as she celebrated her graduation, marking a meaningful milestone in both her personal and volunteer journey.
