Clark County Family Services is hosting a month-long back-to-school drive to help children in foster care.
Now until July 25th, organizers are collecting school supplies, backpacks, and new shoes for students.
Eligible items for donation include:
- New backpacks (all sizes)
- New shoes (all sizes)
- New school supplies
- Notebooks, pencils, pens, folders, etc.
Donations can be dropped off at Peggy's Attic at 701 North Pecos Road. Monetary donations are also accepted and can be sent here.
These Donations directly help children in foster care across Clark County.
Last year, the community collected nearly 2,000 backpacks and $200,000 in monetary donations.
