Aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners are invited to the Nevada Small Business Resource Fair on Wednesday, May 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Sahara West Library (9600 W. Sahara Ave).
Hosted by the Nevada Department of Business and Industry, the free event features over 50 exhibitors offering support on licensing, funding, hiring, marketing, and more.
A featured workshop, “Design Your Business with the Canvas,” starts at noon and introduces the Business Model Canvas for building better business plans.
While walk-ins are welcome, early registration is recommended and can be completed online.
Food trucks will be available for those looking to grab lunch during the event. Parking at the library is limited, but overflow parking can be found on nearby streets such as S. Grand Canyon Drive and Preakness Pass.
