Vegas Stronger and the City of Las Vegas have teamed up to announce a NEW CAMPAIGN aimed to target homelessness in Nevada! The 'Golden Ticket' campaign will be a voucher program that will bring unhoused families and individuals to resources like shelter, food, and other support resources.
The voucher is just like the Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory Golden Ticket!
Vegas Stroger is a non-profit that aims to target homelessness and slow down the rate of it in Las Vegas! The center is located at the corner of N Main and Washington and has a number of resources to get individuals back on their feet!
Instead of handing out cash, Vegas Stronger encourages city leaders to pass out these vouchers! This program was initially launched in 2024 and have since handed out 25,000 vouchers so far!
Those who are interested in handing out vouchers are encouraged to do so by visiting Vegas Stronger during normal hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM!
