North Las Vegas and Henderson are offering Christmas tree recycling at select city parks.
Beginning Thursday, December 26th through Thursday, January 16th select parks are accepting trees without tinsel, ornaments and other non-organic objects. Artificial and flocked trees will not be accepted.
The recycled trees are used to make organic mulch for park trees.
Pecos and Acacia parks in Henderson will also have free mulch for pick up. A shovel and container will not be provided, so you will have to bring your own.
