Goodwill of Southern Nevada announced a new fundraising partnership supporting 12 local nonprofit organizations throughout the new year.
In celebration of Goodwill of Southern Nevada's 50th anniversary, the organization is launching The Care-to-Care Nonprofit Fundraising Partnerships program which invites Goodwill thrift store customers to contribute to a variety of causes. Each month of 2025 will highlight and collect donations for a new nonprofit. Some organizations include, HELP of Southern Nevada, Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, and Baby's Bounty.
Below is the full list of organizations participating in the program:
- January: Baby's Bounty
- February: Signs of HOPE
- March: Las Vegas Fashion Council
- April: Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada
- May: Las Vegas Natural History Museum
- June: HELP of Southern Nevada
- July: Arts Community Coalition Nevada (ACCNV)
- August: Spread The Word Nevada
- September: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Las Vegas
- October: Noah's Animal House Foundation
- November: Lighthouse Charities
- December: Dress for Success Southern Nevada
Goodwill of Southern Nevada CEO, Rick Neal said, "When our sales associates ask customers to ‘Care-to-Care’ by contributing a dollar or more at the register, we hope our community’s generous spirit shines as never before."
