SSOTD: September is National Blood Donation Week

The first week of September is National Blood Donation Week, and local blood banks are encouraging the community to donate.

Vitalant will be hosting blood drives all across Nevada throughout the month of September.

They are in need of all blood types, but critically in need for the universal donor, type O.
