The future of business is looking bright for Las Vegas students.
On Thursday, Fay Herron Elementary School hosted their own version of Shark Tank, as part of the Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada entrepreneurship program, 'JA: It's My Business!'
100 students presented their business ideas to a panel of judges. The 5th graders were able to practice their presentation skills, and also speak to people from the local business community.
Three teams will advance to the finals, and pitch their business at Fontainebleau in April. The winning team will receive a $15,000 donation from UNLV's Student Scholarship Sponsorship.
