Reading just became a lot more exciting at a local elementary school thanks to a book vending machine!
The 'Inchy's Bookworm Vending Machine' was recently installed at Henry and Evelyn Bozarth Elementary School in northwest Las Vegas. This was made possible by a fundraiser organized by parents and teachers at the school.
How the machine works is students will earn rewards for good classroom behavior, which will allow them to purchase a coin they can then use at the book vending machine. According to Clark County School District, "Students are excited to collect their reward and as a bonus, it encourages their love of reading as well."
