After an airport mishap, a Beyonce fan's dream came true when he got to meet the superstar at her Renaissance Tour in Dallas.
Jon Hetherington, a 34-year old man with cerebral palsy was on his way to the Seattle show when he was stopped by the airline. They said his wheelchair was 4 inches too tall, so Jon was not able to board the plane and attend the concert.
Jon took to TikTok to share his story, posting a video that has since now gone viral. "So after 25 years of waiting, I'm not seeing Beyonce tonight," Jon said in the TikTok.
It didn't take long for the internet to do its thing, as Beyonce's team reached out to Jon to come to Thursday night's show in Dallas, Texas. Jon met Queen Bey herself, and he even met Beyonce's mom, Tina.
"To the Queen herself," Jon said in an Instagram. "I will treasure those words you said and the hugs you gave."
