The producers of Spiegelworld and other shows on the Las Vegas Strip are creating the "world's first 'Circus Town.'"
They purchased Nipton, California, a town with a population of about 15-20 people in San Bernardino County, making it a "real life Shitt's Creek."
After reviving the area, the producers plan to center the company's global operations out of the town. Additionally, Spiegelworld's artists and performers will be able to live in the town where they can "retreat to dream, create, and undertake unfettered artistic experimentation." What is created in Circus Town will hopefully come to fruition in their Las Vegas shows.
Circus Town won't be exclusive to artists, however. The company said visitors and passers-by will be welcome to visit the town and "have an experience unlike anything else."
