Here's a cool idea for our Vegas neighborhoods. It's called a "Dog Library". The idea was started in Minneapolis but some neighbors who wanted to do something kind and honor pets that have passed away. The library is similar to a large mailbox but instead of mail... it's filled with gently used toys, treats and more! All of which are meant to be shared and gifted to other pets.
