"The newly renovated Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace is scheduled to reopen on Thursday, May 20.
Caesars Entertainment announced Friday that the buffet will showcase millions of dollars in enhancements to the seafood, carving, American and Latin kitchens, as well as to the entrance and dining room.
More than 30 new dishes have been added to the menu, a spokesperson said, and for the first time Bacchanal will take reservations via OpenTable.
Bacchanal will reopen by serving dinner Thursday through Monday, from 4 to 10 p.m. Reservations are encouraged.
A long-popular staple of Las Vegas resorts, self-serve buffets got the green light to resume business when Clark County's COVID-19 mitigation plan went into effect this month.
Until Friday, however, most casino operators have kept mum when it comes when - or if - their buffets could resume business." (KSNV)
