Las Vegas food company teams up with chapel for socially-distanced weddings

"If you’re still looking to say, “I do,” a new socially distanced wedding and culinary package may be the way to pull of those plans, along with some Las Vegas flair.

Taste Buzz Food Tours, a Las Vegas-based food tour company, is now partnering with The Little Vegas Chapel, a long-standing Las Vegas wedding chapel, offering love birds a couple of safe options for a wedding and culinary tour during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Those looking to get married under safe COVID-19 guidelines can now do so by exchanging vows at The Little Vegas Chapel.

Once you tie the knot, plans for a socially-distanced style reception can be booked through a three-hour walking food tour through the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District.

Love birds also have an option to bring along a few of their guests, stopping at multiple restaurants for a bite along the tour.

Under current COVID-19 restrictions, restaurants are operating at a 35% capacity with 6-feet of social distancing between each table. All food tour guests are required to wear a mask throughout the tour, except for the times that they are eating.

Future newlyweds have one of two wedding and culinary packages to choose from.

With the base package, priced at $390, couples can exchange their vows at The Little Vegas Chapel and then go on a three-hour public walking food tour through the Arts District.

The deluxe package, priced at $899, also includes The Little Vegas Chapel wedding ceremony for the couple and their wedding party (up to six guests), after which the group would go on a three-hour private walking food tour together.

Couples can also add an Elvis Presley upgrade to their ceremony, priced at $100, which also includes a performance. Couples with the Elvis upgrade will also receive a copy of Elvis and Priscilla’s marriage certificate at the conclusion of their ceremony.

The wedding and culinary packages include a chapel ceremony performed by a wedding officiant, an officiated marriage license, traditional wedding music, a fresh three-rose bouquet, professional photography, a private online photo gallery with five digital images, a witness (provided if needed) and a wedding coordinator.

At the conclusion of each ceremony, guests can celebrate their love with the foodie tour in Las Vegas’ cultural hub of galleries, shops, venues, bars and more.

Guests can book both wedding and culinary packages for a future date, pending availability, by visiting tastebuzzvegas.com." (KSNV)
