Q: If you were talking to yourself on the first day you started your career, what would be the piece of advice you would give yourself on that first day?
A: Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be and embrace who you are. And keep your thoughts positive, things have a funny way of working out when you least expect it. Trust the process, trust yourself and enjoy the ride.

A: Imagine if for every person you met, you thought of some way you could help them, something you could do for them? And you looked at it in a way that entirely benefited them and not you?
Q: How do you “shine” in your career/field in a unique market like Las Vegas?
A: Grace and hustle. It's all about putting in the effort and spreading some kindness along the way. For me, success isn't just about the numbers on my paycheck; it's about the journey, the connections, and the lessons learned. Every interaction and every experience has contributed to my growth and set me apart in my career. I've found that investing in relationships and cherishing those moments of connection has been invaluable. It's these intangible rewards that truly enrich my professional life and make the grind worthwhile.
