A: I would advise my younger self to embrace patience rather than rushing. Take time to savor the journey of learning and cherish every milestone and accomplishment. Success will naturally unfold with time and experience. Additionally, I would emphasize the importance of trusting one's instincts and intuition. Only you truly understand what's best for your life.

Change is an unavoidable aspect of life, and often, the fear of uncertainty can color our perception of a situation. However, it's crucial to recognize that after every significant change or ending, there lies a new beginning. Personally, I've found that these transitions mark the most memorable and adventurous chapters of my life experiences.
Q: How do you “shine” in your career/field in a unique market like Las Vegas?
A: In the dynamic market of Las Vegas, adaptability, flexibility, and responsiveness are key to navigating the ever-changing landscape of our city. With a thriving nonprofit community in Southern Nevada, distinguishing oneself in marketing and fundraising efforts requires embracing new trends, innovations, and overcoming challenges. However, what truly sets me apart is my unwaveringly consistent, composed, and optimistic attitude and energy. I welcome adversity and have discovered that the key to a solution lies with how you respond to an issue. Meeting a challenge with grace and positivity will ultimately find a better outcome.
