Q: If you were talking to yourself on the first day you started your career, what would be the first piece of advice you would give yourself on that first day?
A: The first piece of advice that I would give myself would be to always push yourself to learn, grow and be a better version of yourself from the person that you were yesterday. Each day is a challenge, especially in this male-dominated field, so don't ever give up when it comes to accomplishing your goals.
Q: What is a quote or saying you live by, and why?
A: I always tell myself to be the CEO of my life. I have the power to make the best decisions for myself and how I live my life. Nobody else can tell me how to be true to myself.
Q: How do you "shine" in your career/field in a unique market like Las Vegas?
A: I take pride in being able to elevate my professional and interpersonal relationships no matter what the changes are that take place in my life. I’m also proud of myself for always being able to think on the fly and providing creative solutions for difficult situations, especially in an ever-changing market like Las Vegas.
