Q: If you were talking to yourself on the first day you started your career, what would be the piece of advice you would give yourself on that first day?

A: I would tell myself on Day 1 that success isn’t just about how hard you work—it’s about balance. To be your best professionally, personally, as a mother, a wife, and a friend, you have to nurture all areas of your life: career, relationships, health, finances, spirituality, and even leisure. When you have balance, you gain perspective, and with perspective, you grow. The most fulfilled, successful version of you isn’t the one running on empty—it’s the one who creates space for everything that matters. Intentionality is key.

Q: What is a quote or saying you live by, and why?

A: Well, there are two answers here—the PC and non-PC answer. The non-PC answer is "Rule #1 - Don't be a jerk." - seriously, business and actually life as a whole become exponentially easier if you conduct yourself in an honest, approachable, communicative, understanding, and open manner. The PC answer is FFIO - Freaking Figure It Out. There is no blueprint for everything that arises, we all know we make plans and God laughs. The only option we have is to figure it out. Eat the elephant one bite at a time. A client has an insane last minute request. Guess what? You have to figure it out, that's your job. Your kid has a baseball game and you are slammed at work? Guess what? Figure it out, parenthood is your biggest job. There's no manual, no life for dummies book. But you have to take action and figure it out.

Q: How do you “shine” in your career/field in a unique market like Las Vegas?

A: I strive to be a light in this world, and professionally, that means leading with knowledge, integrity, and genuine connection. I stay on top of the latest marketing and advertising trends so I can educate my clients, helping them not just buy in, but truly understand the strategy. I believe in building real partnerships—with clients and media vendors alike—moving beyond transactional business to create relationships rooted in trust, respect, and shared success. When everyone is aligned and informed, we all win. Personally, that same philosophy carries over into how I approach life. I’m intentional with my time because you make time for what matters. I often hear, ‘I don’t know how you do it all with five kids,’ but the truth is, it’s about prioritizing with purpose. Every relationship—whether it’s with my wife, my kids, my employees, clients, vendors, or the kids I coach on the field—deserves presence and intention. Success isn’t about being busy; it’s about being present where it counts and making every moment meaningful.
