Q: If you were talking to yourself on the first day you started your career, what would be the piece of advice you would give yourself on that first day?
A: If I talked to myself on the first day of my career, the most important thing I could tell her would be to always trust her instincts and never doubt her worth. I've rarely regretted taking bold, decisive action – it is only the times I hesitated, second-guessed myself, or settled for less that led to disappointments
Q: What is a quote or saying you live by, and why?
A: A quote I live by is "a rising tide lifts all boats." I deeply value investing in and supporting the success of those around me; I don't need to push others down to lift myself up.
Q: How do you “shine” in your career/field in a unique market like Las Vegas?
A: This market is so unique because the people who live and work here are in on a special secret: there is so much more to this city than what everyone else thinks they know about Las Vegas. I think the key to 'shining' here is through connection. I love how the Las Vegas business community seeks out relationships with and celebrates other Vegas-based brands, and I'm proud to represent Capriotti’s while continuing to get more involved locally!
