I'm here to connect with you to inspire you to love: joyfully, wholeheartedly, and unconditionally!Full Bio
Todayโs episode really touches my heart. It is a reminder to appreciate all that we have in this country. It is a reminder to put our own problems into perspectiveโฆ
My solo call today is from a humble man who is not angry, is not bitter, is not looking for anything but prayer for his family trapped in a war torn country.
Please remember and care about those who sufferโฆ.

You might not recognize her without the outlandish wigs she dons as Queen Charlotte in Bridgerton, but Golda Rosheuvel shines as the overall-sporting stoic aunty Dinah that takes in her abandoned niece in the adorable film, GROW.
You'll love watching her character's transformation from gruff to gratitude. A delightful fall film about gardening, pumpkin wars, and what it means to grow as a family! There's a host of mad-cap characters, high stakes and high jinx! In theaters October 17.
It was so lovely to speak with Golda. She's insightful, retrospective and absolutely amazing. Don't miss this conversation! ~ Delilah

In the book of Matthew, he describes that "All things are possible with Godโ.
But those were actually words that came directly from Jesus....His precious words describe Godโs infinite power to lift us beyond our human limitations.
This episode is for anyone who has felt they could not overcome something. It is also a reminder that through your faith in God all things are possible.

When we "try" we're really just giving ourselves permission to postpone success, is the message from Carla Ondrasik, author of "Stop Trying: The life-transforming power of trying less and doing more." Carla's book, which hits shelves today, outlines the steps and strategies to train your brain to filter out the noise, make choices, and step into the activity you've decided upon to meet a goal.
A successful music executive who discovered and signed her now-famous husband, John Ondrasik of Five for Fighting, Carla knows what she's talking about. She's been putting it into practice for a very long time hitting her targets in business, in her marathon running days, in parenting, and as the president of her HOA. Now she can add "author" to the list of accomplishments her philosophy has led her to.
We had a delightful conversation. Come on in!

In these crazy times we are all living in it can be very easy to question your faith. We all at one time or another thought where is God in all this? Sometimes we even blame God for these horrific tragedies that we see everyday. God is not causing those things, people are.
Thereโs a wonderful verse in the Bible that says โtrust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, but in all ways acknowledge God and he will make your path straightโ.
God doesnโt cause harm. He loves us. He never walks away from us, but we do walk away from him. This is a time to cling to God. In todayโs episode I want to share some thoughts and conversations about the importance of that.

Have you ever said or done something you wish that you didnโt? Do you stay awake at night trying to figure out how to fix it?
I don't think there is a single person among us who doesn't wish they could take back something that they did, or something they saidโฆ
There's an expression in recovery we use and it is simply HALT. That stands for hungry, angry, lonely or tired.
When you're emotionally exhausted, or frustrated it is easy to say things that you can't take back. So please recognize when you're feeling those things, just think about it as we listen to this very vulnerable conversation.

It's been a minute since I was able to sit down and talk with the inimitable Sarah McLachlan, but today I got my chance! Sarah is in a new chapter of her life and releasing new music that reflects the experiences that have shaped her and her dreams for the future.
BETTER BROKEN, releases on September 19th and it is as soulfully beautiful as anything we expect from this three-time GRAMMY winner, an uncompromising but radically illuminating truth about the state of the human condition.

Hello my friends and welcome to have a little faith with Delilah. Today weโre gonna talk about motherhood. I think motherhood is sacred. In fact I know motherhood is sacredโฆIt is a really hard job.
A mom raising kids is the closest thing to doing Godโs job. Unconditional love, showing up through any storm, forgiving anything and everythingโฆbut mostly being there.
God loves mamaโs. God loves blessing us, he loves healing us. He loves empowering us. God loves coming alongside of us, and sometimes he loves challenging usโฆ

In todayโs episode I want to share and explore a scripture with you. I know youโve heard this so many times, probably at a wedding or an event. These are very important words.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy. It does not boast. It is not proud. It does not dishonor others. Love is never self seeking. It is not easily angered. It keeps no record of wrongdoing. It doesnโt delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, and always hopes. It always perseveres. Love never failsโฆ
