Last week, Boulder City Council members honored business owner Milo Hurst for his long-time efforts towards his community by declaring Milo Hurst Day on September 17th! Milo Hurst opened Milo's Cellar and Inn in 1994 when Boulder City was still developing, providing a spot for locals to come together and enjoy a glass of wine.

According to ABC 13, Milo's Cellar and Inn quickly became a favorite spot for locals and attracted visitors with its presentation on a previously ordinary small-town road. A business partner of Milo wanted to advocate for all that Milo Hurst had done for the community, so he went to Boulder City Councilwoman Cokie Booth which led to the declaration of Milo Hurst Day!

They celebrated Milo Hurst Day by offering a free glass of wine to all patrons on September 17th at Milo's Cellar and Inn!
