A man from Las Vegas is facing many charges after his Jeep wound up in the spillway of the Cold Stream Dam in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania on Friday, reported WJAC 6.

The police stated that Michael Rebo, 50, is facing charges "related to DUI, trespassing, careless driving, and driving with a suspended license."

Troopers arrived at the Cold Stream Dam on Friday morning and found Rebo passed out inside of the vehicle.

Rebo was pulled from the Jeep by troopers and crews from Hope Fire Company. According to police, he was showing signs of intoxication. Rebo was taken to a nearby hospital for an evaluation.

Rebo was driving on private property as he tried to cross the Dam, but it was too wide and the Jeep slid off of the edge of the bridge.

According to police, the vehicle overturned several times before landing in the water below.

Rebo was interviewed at the hospital, where he denied driving the Jeep into the Dam.

He told troopers, "I didn't drive it there."

Eventually, he admitted to drinking at a local inn prior to the incident.

Police also discovered that he had been driving on a suspended driver's license.
