Honoring First Responders: Congratulations Robert Macias!

Congratulations to Robert Macias, our First Responder honored for the month of February!

Robert, a firefighter paramedic in Las Vegas, was nominated by his wife. She wanted to recognize her husband because "Robert is the most selfless person I know. He is strong, brave and can adapt to any situation. He knows exactly what to say when helping others and simply put, is a hero. Robert is a former United States Marine who fought in 2 combat tours in Iraq. He was a volunteer firefighter in California for 2 years and now works for the City of Las Vegas as a firefighter paramedic. Robert is also the Vice President of the Las Vegas Firefighter Benefit Association, where he puts on events to boost morale for other firefighters. Recently, he responded to the 1 October shooting where he transported the injured and helping Metro clear out rooms in all the casinos. We are so blessed to have him in our life, and so proud of what he does for the Las Vegas community".
