Congratulations to Oscar Monterrosa, our First Responder honored for the month of October!
Oscar, a paramedic as well as a UNLV professor, was nominated by Victor Barragan. He wanted to recognize Oscar because he "... is a local hero. He was a paramedic present at the October 1 festival and saved countless lives. He also inspires many at UNLV as he is an incredible instructor in the department of Biology".
