Over 100 high school students from Southeast Career and Technical Academy and East Career and Technical Academy explored the construction industry at the inaugural "In the Field Trip."
The Nevada State Contractors Board's Commission on Construction Education hosted the field trip to encourage students to consider careers in construction.
The bus tour exposed the students to real-world construction environments. The field trip also included a luncheon along with a Q&A session with industry professionals.
