SSOTD: Atomic Museum in Las Vegas to host community resource fair

The Atomic Museum in Las Vegas will host its first community resource fair next month.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with local nonprofits, and access a free look at the museum's collection of exhibits from 10am to 2pm Saturday, June 7.

"Las Vegas is home to so many dedicated groups working to uplift and support our community," shares Joseph Kent, chief community officer of the Atomic Museum. "By opening our doors for this resource fair, we hope to connect people with valuable services while giving them a chance to discover Nevada's nuclear history in an engaging, welcoming environment."

The following nine organizations will be in attendance:

  • AARP Foundation Tax-Aid
  • Grant A Gift Autism Foundation
  • Nevada Department of Veterans Services
  • Nevada Donor Network
  • Shine A Light
  • Southern Nevada Senior Law Program
  • The Center
  • Three Square Food Bank
  • United Labor Agency of Nevada

Admission is free, but registration is required!
