The Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance is hosting a workshop called, "Waiting For The Call," to help first responders and members of the entertainment industry.

The free workshop will discuss mental health subjects such as depression, anxiety, moral injury, and suicide prevention. The workshop will also provide coping skills and mental health resources.

"Waiting For The Call," is on Monday, April 28th from 7pm to 9pm at the event center, The Space.

Founder and CEO of Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance, Jeff Dill, is hosting the event. Dill not only wants to support first responders, but also those who work in the entertainment industry.

Dill said, "The depression of I didn't get that job, I didn't get this job, maybe I finally got a job, but I have to be really careful not to get injured or that the show doesn't close early. All those stressors come into play in regard to their behavioral health."

To RSVP for the "Waiting For The Call" workshop, email info@ffbha.org by April 20th.
