Q: If you were talking to yourself on the first day you started your career, what would be the piece of advice you would give yourself on that first day?
A: If I were talking to myself on the first day that I started my career, I would tell myself to always focus forward on the possibilities that lie ahead. As long as you are doing the right thing for the right reasons, everything will work out the way it is supposed to, even if that is not what you expect. Looking backwards over your shoulder and worrying about what others think is a waste of time and will slow down the progress and impact you can have.
Q: What is a quote or saying you live by, and why?
A: A quote I live by is, "Earn this!"
Q: How do you “shine” in your career/field in a unique market like Las Vegas?
A: The Las Vegas market is an incredible opportunity. Women's sports here are intriguing to everyone and on the brink of exploding. Both men and women are engaged and invested. It is so easy to represent a great product; our organization, our team and our league. I am privileged to just be a part. For me, it is about creating more opportunities in the sport and building something that has never been done before.
