Q: If you were talking to yourself on the first day you started your career, what would be the piece of advice you would give yourself on that first day?
Lay out your long term goals. Write out a plan for how you could achieve them. Find a way to be around people who have successfully achieved these career goals already and learn and take counsel from them.
Q: What is a quote or saying you live by, and why?
A: Don't give up - Keep going. There will always be setbacks and failures, but to succeed you need to be strong enough to try again and keep moving forward.
Q: How do you “shine” in your career/field in a unique market like Las Vegas?
A: With an energetic and outgoing personality that draws other people to me.
