"Las Vegas Restaurant Week gets underway Monday to help those in our community suffering from food insecurity.
The 12-day event is organized by Three Square Food Bank and several participating restaurants across the valley.
For this year's edition, Three Square is only asking for donations of at least $1 per meal sold to help restaurants. Take-out options are also available, in addition to dine-in options.
There was no Restaurant Week last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Three Square says food insecurity in Southern Nevada remains above pre-pandemic levels.
