Q) If you were talking to yourself on the first day you started your career, what would be the piece of advice you would give yourself on that first day?

A) Be a lifelong learner. Ask questions, read, hone your creativity and stay on top of trends.

Q) What is your most impressive work achievement or personal accomplishment?

A) Growing my business 700% while pregnant during the height of the pandemic. I take a lot of pride in the fact that we were able to help so many local businesses navigate through COVID, which was a time when businesses needed more help than ever before.

Q) How do you “shine” in your career/field in a unique market like Las Vegas?

A) Las Vegas is such a celebrity-driven town! The hotels, nightclubs and pool parties are all known for hosting a celebrity lineup of DJs, reality TV stars and influencers to draw in crowds of people and generate press coverage. I've really shined in this space as I've booked and coordinated a ton of buzzing celebrity red carpet events for both small and big business that have garnered coverage on TMZ, E! News, US Weekly, People and more. Celebrities love to come here, and it's such a win-win for local businesses who can incorporate a celebrity to their marketing strategy which in turn garners national media placements, brand equity and SEO, all very key since our target audience is a lot wider than others because we are a tourist destination. Page Six even did a feature about the celebrity events I've booked and coordinated. Just like people associate excitement and fun with Las Vegas, so are the event experiences that we throw!
