One of the first things New Arizona Cardinals Head Coach, Kliff Kingsbury, mandated for his new team was "cell phone breaks" during team meetings.
"You start to see kind of hands twitching and legs shaking, and you know they need to get that social media fix, so we'll let them hop over there and then get back in the meeting and refocus," Kingsbury said.
So the question is, does this only apply in professional sports? When sitting in meetings in the silicon valley is the "hand twitching and leg shaking" prevalent as well?
If it is maybe Kingsbury is on to something and "cell phone breaks" need to be applied in more work fields than just football. Or maybe this whole things turns into a disaster and blows up in his face. Let's wait to see how the Cardinals finish next season before we make our decision.
