Massage Envy has reopened their Las Vegas locations - here is all the information regarding their reopening and safety measures:

Massage Envy Las Vegas Locations Reopen with Enhanced Safety Protocols for Guests
Franchisees’ staff has received certification training for infection control and prevention
Massage Envy Las Vegas franchised locations are excited to announce they are now open to serve members and guests after several months of mandated temporary closures. Prior to reopening, a scientific consulting firm, leaders in their field, that specializes in environmental health and provides advice based on science to safeguard individuals and communities, was hired to review brand standards targeted at sanitation and infection prevention and control.
Through this work, Massage Envy brand standards further strengthened key policies (which all Massage Envy franchisees are required to follow). Among those updated policies are mandatory cleaning and disinfection protocols (including for treatment rooms and equipment used in services), proper hand hygiene protocols, and requirements related to the use of personal protective equipment. In fact, you may notice that Massage Envy brand standards now require franchisees to ensure their service providers wear masks while performing services.
In addition, infection control, prevention and cleaning protocols will be applied to all services, including massage enhancements, skin care services and skin care enhancements. Massage Envy franchisees have also implemented the following safety procedures.
  • Guests will be asked to wait outside until their appointment time.
  • Floor decals will be placed to allow guests to remain at least six feet apart from one another.
  • Guests will be encouraged to reduce touchpoints and instead use Apply Pay or Google Pay.
Moreover, franchisees’ team members have received certification training for infection control and prevention that included instruction on the spread of viruses, including COVID-19, basic blood pathogen awareness, handwashing, and disinfection and cleaning.”
