Last night's Oscars may have had the biggest mess-up of all time, but it wasn't the first time a presenter called out the wrong winner. Back in 1964 at the 36th Academy Awards, Sammy Davis Jr. was given the wrong envelope while presenting the Oscar for Best Music Score. He announced the winner as John Addison for Tom Jones, but he wasn't even nominated in that category. The actual winner was Andre Previn for Irma La Douce. This mistake was pretty awkward, but (just like Jimmy Kimmel did last night), Sammy Davis Jr. made the whole thing entertaining!
