Local Charities That Need Your Help During #StayHomeForNevada

So many of our local charities rely on donations, volunteers, and fundraising in order to function. During this time, many of these charities are having difficulties serving the community. Please help in any way you can.

UMC Foundation

Thank you for supporting the front-line caregivers at UMC as they continue to work tirelessly to save lives in our community during this unprecedented public health crisis. Your donation will go directly to ensuring they continue to have the proper equipment and supplies to provide Nevada’s highest level of care and keep our community healthy. DONATE HERE

Salvation Army Southern Nevada

Loving our neighbors in their time of need. You can help real people in real need in real time. DONATE HERE

Aid for AIDS of Nevada (AFAN) provides support and advocacy for adults and children living with and affected by HIV/AIDS in southern Nevada. AFAN works to reduce HIV infection through prevention education to eliminate fear, prejudice and the stigma associated with the disease. DONATE HERE

Opportunity Village

Right now, Opportunity Village is strictly adhering to the CDC’s guidelines and our Governor’s recent directives. That means the Opportunity Village campuses are closed. The challenge is caring for our caregivers.
It took us years to acquire our amazing caregiving team. We need to fight to keep them and pay them through the crisis. It’s the OV Way.
In order to do this, we need your help. Please donate if you can. Every dollar helps. If you can give more, please do. Visit OVGift.org to give today.
