Isn't this something all us coffee drinkers are happy to hear? According to a new study, drinking coffee just might help you burn off fat. The researchers found that coffee can stimulate something called "brown fat" in your body, which heats up and burns calories.
I'm sure this to some degree varies with how much cream and sugar you put in your coffee and how many cups of it you have! I don't use sugar any more and try to use fat free powdered creamer. I'm not ready to start drinking my coffee black YET.
