Toys 'R' Us Second Run Helping Former Employees

There's some good news for former Toys 'R' Us employees.  On Monday, investors asked in a bankruptcy court filing to cancel a planned auction that would've sold off Toys 'R' Us' intellectual property.

Investors instead want to reorganize Toys 'R' Us assets into "a new company that will maintain the current license agreements and invest in new retail operating businesses."

Meanwhile, Anthony "The Mooch" Scaramucci, an investor in Toys 'R' Us' debt, wants to launch a hardship fund to help laid-off Toys 'R' Us workers.
