Working out has been one of my biggest challenges in my life (the other is getting to bed earlier). According to science, your workouts should only last about 13 minutes?? I work out about 30-40 minutes a day (or at least every other day) and they're telling me it's 20 -30 minutes too much? I've seen those 7 or 6 minute ab videos (no clue which it is) and I never believed it. They say anything more than 13 minutes is just not necessary. Now, I won't feel so bad if I only do 20 minutes of working out total, that's including breaks!
