Breakfast Before Your Workout?

I have always heard you should eat breakfast BEFORE you work out in the morning but now this is a whole different train of thought.  Scientists from the University of Bath’s Department for Health in England found people who eat breakfast before exercising burn more carbohydrates and more rapidly digest post-workout meals.

I'm always hungry so I'm ok with this change!  By the way, I don't eat that kind of a breakfast as is seen above (at least not every day)!
