What The Perfect Day May Be For You

What would your perfect day consist of?  The average person says they have 15 perfect days a year, according to a new study.  And some of the elements of a perfect day are:  Waking up at 8:15 A.M spending a total of two hours eating, doing an hour of exercise and four hours of family time and then going to sleep at 10:50 P.M.

I'm all about sleeping in on the weekend, which usually consists of waking up at 9:30.  Those daytime details sound good to me but going to bed at 10:50 on the weekend is early for me.  I stay up later on the weekends and although I may be getting sleepy by 10:50 my bedtime is generally closer to no earlier than midnight on the weekend.
