A professor in neuroscience at Northwestern University says the key to happiness is picking the right friends. Because your brain mimics the people you spend time with, and you become more like them. So you should be around people you actually like if you’re going to be more LIKE them. And once you're in sync, you don't focus on minor decisions like what to wear or what to do. The important thing is WHO you are with, not what you are doing or where you're eating.
Speaking of friends, don't let yourself become too isolated. They've found a really strong connection between how happy people are , how much they socialize , and how close they stay with friends and family. Just make sure the people you are around are NOT toxic otherwise it's time to flush out the negative energy and people!
