The holidays are teeming with mouthwatering, tasty sweets. The hotel lobby at the ARIA Resort & Casino is tempting our sweet tooth with their holiday display.
The display features a 6-foot tall gingerbread man, a doughnut tower, giant Hershey's Kisses, and more. Made with real candy, the pastry chefs spent 200 hours working on the display.
The life-sized gingerbread man was made with 100 pounds of dark chocolate. Trees were handmade with 1,000 French macarons. The sugar cubes each weigh 7 to 15 pounds. The snow globe is made from 200 sugar panels.
ARIA's executive pastry chef Mathieu Lavallee said in a press release, "We wanted to bring joy and smiles to those visiting us during the holidays. This display is the result of a dedicated team who put their passion and skill behind that vision and made a special spectacle for all guests to enjoy."
