MGM Resorts Launches Doggie Concierge Services In Vegas

Dog Wearing Sunglasses, Pomeranian, Dog On Vacation, Happy Dog, Funny Dog, Dog Summer

MGM resorts has launched what it calls ‘Doggie Butler Services’ at 15 of its pet-friendly properties, including many in on the Las Vegas Strip.

MGM Resorts’ new (p)awesome experience seems to actually cater to those who can’t go a weekend in Las Vegas without the cuddles of their furry friend.

The new program described in a Dec. 11 release includes a ‘Check In and Check Up’ concierge service that costs $25. While guests are down grabbing a drink or enjoying dinner at a restaurant, the doggie concierge will check in on guests’ pups and send text message confirmation with a photo.

Also, each resort’s concierge will be able to arrange dog-walking services for guests’ pooches through a preferred outside vendor.

At check-in, each doggie will also receive complimentary treats. Human companions will get a map with designated relief areas and information about the doggie concierge services and other amenities like dog mats and dog bowls.

The program is limited to dogs and only two per room with a maximum combined weight of 100 pounds.

Dogs must still be left in a kennel or carrier if the guest leaved the room without them.

Outside the rooms, dogs must still be kept on a leash.

Dog-friendly rooms at MGM Resorts are available at the following Las Vegas properties: Bellagio, Aria, Vdara, MGM Grand, The Signature, Mandalay Bay, Delano, Park, NoMad, The Mirage, New York-New York and Luxor as well as Beau Rivage, MGM Grand Detroit and MGM Springfield.
