The family's gathering again for another "Big Fat Greek Wedding."

Actress Nia Vardalos says a sequel to her 2002 surprise movie hit is in the works. The 51-year-old actress said via Twitter that the "entire big fat family" would be "invited back for the sequel."

Vardalos wrote and starred in the original movie about a Greek-American woman who falls in love with a non-Greek school teacher to the concerns of her traditional family. Made on a shoestring budget of about five-million-dollars, "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" went on to gross more than 200-million-dollars at the domestic box office and landed an Oscar nomination for Vardalos' screenplay. The cast also included John Corbett, Andrea Martin, Lainie Kazan, Michael Constantine and Joey Fatone.
